West Bromich Albion and Super Eagles striker Osaze Odemwingie has married his girlfriend of a few years, Manchester born 22yr old Sarrah Fallon. The couple exchanged vows at Castle Ashby in Northampton yesterday May 26th. Congrats................

Turkish Super Lig: All eyes on Sani Gideon

Definitely, all eyes will be on Nigerian Born forward, Sani Gideon Adinoy who recently made history with his club Akhisar Belediyespor in Turkey.

The 22year old was a star performer for his club in the just concluded 2011/2012 season where they finished as league champios and have gained promotion for the first time in the history of the club from second division to play in the Super Lig next season.

He moved from an amateur side Izmirspor where he made a hundred percentage record scoring 3 goals in the 3 games he featured for the club before he was spotted by the Second Division side Akhisar Belediyespor.

Sani who only joined Akhisar Belediyespor in the mid of 2011/2012 season scored 3 goals in 14 appearances for the club.

He however joins the likes of Super Eagles Captain Joseph Yobo, Ekigho Ehiosun, Michael Eneramor and a host of other Nigerians plying their trade in the Turkish top flight League.

The 31-year-old Super Eagles and West Brom Striker owns a flashy mansion in Paris, France, another one on Fulham Road, London, a mini estate in Benin, a mansion in GRA Benin, which he's planning to sell because of the lack of security there, and last but not the least his newly renovated mansion in VGC, Lekki. which will be his base whenever he's in town.

The Super Eagles most handsome player, who is set to wed his British girlfriend on June 2nd in London, is currently in Nigeria to put some finishing touches to his wedding preparations.Congratulation brother!

Premier League - Drogba confirms Chelsea exit

Chelsea striker Didier Drogba has confirmed he will leave the club this summer just three days after leading them to Champions League glory.

The Ivory Coast striker departs after eight years at Stamford Bridge, during which time he won three Premier League titles, four FA Cups and two League Cups in addition to the Champions League won at the weekend in Munich.
Drogba scored a late equaliser against Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena which forced extra time in the UEFA showpiece, and netted the decisive penalty in the subsequent shootout to land the West London club a first European Cup triumph.
The 34-year-old's contract expires this summer, and there has been a great deal of speculation that his next move will be to Chinese club Shanghai Shenhua.
Chelsea chief executive Ron Gourlay told the club's official website: "Didier is undoubtedly a Chelsea legend and will always be part of the Chelsea family. He is certainly leaving on a high after Saturday night but he feels the time is right for a new challenge.
