Nigeria's U-23 Team To Play Egypt

The Nigeria national Under 23 team, golden eaglet are scheduled to face their Egyptian counterparts in a four-legged friendly matches in January 2015 ahead of their All- Africa Games qualifier against Gabon on February 7, According to what Nigeria Football Federation said.

The first two games will hold in Nigeria on January 15 and 17 respectively, while the other two games will be played in Egypt on January 20 and 22.  

The Under 23 head coach, Samson Siasia commended the work NFF for arranging the matches, stating that the games would put his team in the right shape and frame of mind before their crucial Tournaments.

Boss Saisia also said his team would be departing for Turkey, after the friendlies against Egypt for another round of  intensive training.

According to how the Sources reported that he (Saisia) wanted the team to embark on training tour of Turkey, Dubai and Malta before facing Gabon.

The gaffer has also proposed that Akwa Ibom Stadium will now be the home ground where they will play all there qualifying matches for the AAG and the 2016 Olympics.
